Quick Protein - Broccoli Beef

I told you this was coming. Today while I struggle to use my arms I decided I need to eat lunch. The thought of making lunch made me almost not eat because my body is just a mess today. But alas I need to eat, especially protein, if I am to heal right?

So here goes...



I made this with roast beef, broccoli, tomatoes, and coconut aminos. Added some rooster sauce and a side of kimchi and called it lunch. It was good and took about 10 min total including cutting my veggies.
